Deposit: A non-returnable deposit of 20% of the total cost is payable upon booking. The balance must be paid on arrival. Cancellation: Should a client wish to cancel a booking, notice should be given in writing by Recorded Delivery. Maximum number of occupants: The number of people occupying the accommodation must not exceed the limit set by the owners. Arrival and departure: The period of hire commences at 3.00pm on the agreed date of arrival and ends at 10am on the agreed date of departure. The accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition, otherwise additional charges may be incurred. |
